1.1. Tickets Junky's service GUARANTEES:

  • The full validity of the account (within 48 hours after the order delivery).

  •  Tickets Junky will only replace accounts if reported within 48 hours of requesting access to delivered order and only for accounts that have the following issues; the account is blocked, deleted, or account does not exist.


1.2. Tickets Junky and its employees do not provide training and advice on how to use the accounts. 

1.2.1 Tickets Junky and its employees do not store the history of sold accounts and the accounts themselves. Customers must take care of the preservation of the data themselves.

1.3. Tickets Junky and its employees have the right to:

  • Not to give a refund for purchased valid accounts.

  • Block any customer or visitor without a refund in the following cases:

a). The client spams our emails, Facebook Messenger chats, or any other forms of communication.
b). The client posts libelous, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar or clearly false and misleading reviews or comments about the service on third-party resources including but not limited to our Facebook Page, other Facebook groups, etc. 
c). The client is belligerent, demanding, or rude to any of our employees.

1.4. If the client agrees to the rules of our store (at the time of purchase), the CLIENT CONFIRMS that:

- The client has a full understanding of what they are purchasing.

-The client agrees they are the sole user and buyer of the accounts, We DO NOT allow brokering/resale/sharing of any of our products or services, if we find you have violated this policy we will void your order with NO REFUND!

- The client confirms they understand since our accounts are sourced and acquired from real fans and only after full payment has been received, we aim to deliver orders within 14-20 business days however this is only an estimate and this can vary based upon a variety factors however we will always do our best to inform you ahead of time if we have any unforeseen delays.

- The client will change passwords, emails, and phone numbers and replace them with their own immediately or at the very latest within 48 hours of requesting access to order.

- How to use the accounts properly is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and any issues including but not limited to OTL errors, or issues buying tickets is not Tickets Junky's responsibility. 

-We cannot and do not make any guarantees regarding queue placements, errors, or how long an account will last. Any time frames mentioned on the Tickets Junky website (and its subdomains), by Tickets Junky employees, in any chats, emails, phone conversations, or any other correspondence is not a guarantee. Any estimate is simply a guideline designed to help our customers plan ahead.

2.1 -Under no circumstance shall Tickets Junky be responsible for any damages, liabilities, or losses, whether sounding in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of your use of Tickets Junky or the Services. You understand and acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your own risk.

2.2 -You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tickets Junky from any claim arising out of, relating to, or connected with your use of Tickets Junky or the Services. You must also indemnify, defend, and hold Tickets Junky harmless based on any claim alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach of this Agreement. 

2.3 -Tickets Junky reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in the content on the website, or to change and update the content at any time without giving prior notice. However, Tickets Junky does not guarantee that errors, inaccuracies, or omissions will be corrected immediately.

2.4 -Tickets Junky shall in no way be liable for any accounts that are removed due to our services being implemented or your interaction with us. It is nearly impossible to determine if or when TM may suspend or delete an account or prevent it from being utilized. All purchases of Services are made at your own risk. 

2.5- Any and all claim between the parties to this Agreement must be brought solely and exclusively in Los Angeles County and suit may not be brought in any other jurisdiction.

3.0 - The services provided on Tickets Junky are fulfilled by the 3rd party service providers and not Tickets Junky. 3rd party service providers undertake that he/she has appropriate permits, rights, and/or licenses to provide, sell or resell the service offered on Tickets Junky. Service providers advertising their online services must comply with the laws and terms of service of the relevant websites used for fulfilling their services. Failing to do so may result in the removal from the list of service providers.

Disclaimer - Tickets Junky is an intermediary between account sellers and buyers. The buyers are fully responsible for how they use the accounts and if the accounts are used for any illegal activity such as fraud Tickets Junky will not and cannot be held responsible. This website is NOT affiliated with Ticketmaster. We are an independently operated company providing an intermediary service which allows fans to easily sell their Ticketmaster accounts that they no longer using. Any issues that may arise from breaking Ticketmaster's TOS or any other issues are the responsibility of the ticket broker or reseller, and not Tickets Junky LLC.
